Investing in the future of the community
GCGV works closely with our near neighbors and values continued collaboration to ensure we are meeting local needs. We are invested in supporting community growth and development and have enjoyed working with our neighbors to identify opportunities to support their local vision.
We have contributed to a fire station and city complex in Gregory, the Indian Point Pier project in Portland and improvements to the Taft Recreational Park. We look forward to continuing to invest in our local communities.
Through joint efforts, Chiyoda Kiewit Joint Venture – one of GCGV's engineering, procurement and construction contractors – donated $5 million to help fund a new fire station and city complex.
Responding to the unique needs of the region
We recognize that the Coastal Bend is a region with a close-knit community, lively traditions and flourishing wildlife. GCGV is proud to be a part of this community, and we are committed to respecting these features and identifying opportunities to further enhance the quality of life in the area. We take a hands-on, tailored approach to ensure we are responding to the needs that matter most.
GCGV is an active participant in the LaQuinta Channel Community Advisory Panel, and we regularly meet with local committees, residents and membership organizations to take on board their feedback. We encourage open dialogue and invite you to contact us with your comments and questions.
